Unity Editor and Eidolon Proprietary Tools

The core Unity Editor software is the sole and exclusive property of Unity Technologies ("Unity"). However, all custom tools, extensions, and modifications related to Eidolon, SKALE Play, and any other Editor tools bundled with Eidolon's Software (collectively, the "Eidolon Editor Tools") are the sole and exclusive property of Eidolon.

Modifications and Derivative Works

You may modify or create derivative works of the Eidolon Editor Tools solely for your internal business purposes. However, you agree to promptly report and disclose any such modifications or derivative works to Eidolon and grant Eidolon a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such modifications or derivative works. You may not sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any modifications or derivative works of the Eidolon Editor Tools to any third party.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

Eidolon and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Eidolon Editor Tools, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. Any modifications or derivative works of the Eidolon Editor Tools, including any intellectual property rights therein, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Eidolon.
